Job summary

Compass Group is seeking a motivated team member to ensure suites are set up and guest experience meets high standards for events at our venues. You will collaborate with suite attendants and culinary staff to present food quantities professionally and warmly welcome guests.

Requirements include at least one year of leadership experience, the ability to lift up to 20 lbs, and endurance to stand and walk for long shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year leadership experience.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all suites in designated area are properly set before guests arrive.
• Works closely with suite attendants and culinary staff to ensure proper presentation and set food quantities are met.
• Develops a positive rapport with guests.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
