Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Nu Stadium in Miami, FL, is seeking a full-time Suites Support Administrative Assistant to manage onboarding and day-to-day administrative tasks for our luxury suites.

You will enter and process suite orders, prepare daily reports, coordinate suite and pantry setups, and support game-day events and staff while delivering excellent guest service in a dynamic stadium environment.

Qualifications

• Requires experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in food and beverage service is required.
• Strong basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process all suite food and beverage orders, verify accuracy, and ensure all ordering channels are captured in the system
• Prepare daily suites reports, sales and financial data, game day notes, and post‑event reports and processing
• Work directly with luxury suite members and catering contacts to establish service levels and support menu planning
• Coordinate the setup of luxury suites and pantries for game day service
• Serve as a game day supervisor, support catered events, assist with team member scheduling and check‑in, and help train game day team members
• Maintain department filing systems, compose and process correspondence, answer the suite's phone line, and support printing of signs and menus
• Perform other duties as assigned
