Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Suite Attendants to join our team at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. As a Suite Attendant, you will be responsible for stocking, serving, and attending to guests' needs in luxury suites.

This tipped position offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits overview. It requires at least one year of service experience in hospitality and may involve weekends and events.

Qualifications

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment.
• Previous experience as suite runner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare suite and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival, including those ordered in advance of the event.
• Anticipate guests needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff.
• Ensure all laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol.
• Obtain signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred.

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Suite Attendants to join our team at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. As a Suite Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective operation of assigned luxury suites, including stocking, serving, and attending to guests' needs.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Pay

$18.00 - $18.00 / hour
