Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Premium Supervisor for Stanford University Athletics to manage catering areas and suites during events. You will assist with setup, execution, and breakdown while overseeing staff and guest service to ensure top-tier experiences.

Responsibilities include coordinating with management, supervising servers, maintaining displays, and handling upselling opportunities. Excellent English communication, flexibility, and ability to work evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain required work cards including Food Handlers Card and California Alcohol Certification.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Demonstrates strong English communication skills in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Meets with management before the event to go over details.
• Supervises staff during check-ins and breakdowns.
• Ensures all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout the event.
• Knowledgeable on all menu offerings.
• Supervises the runners and servers before, during and after the event.
