Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Premium Suite Catering Manager to create exceptional hospitality experiences at high-profile events. You will oversee premium catering operations, from setup and presentation to guest service and breakdown, ensuring professionalism and excellence.

You will coordinate daily assignments, guide team members, and ensure suites are prepared to exceed client expectations. Maintain top standards of service, cleanliness, and organization while adapting to guest requests.

Qualifications

• 2 years of food service experience including 1 year at the management level.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
• Catering experience is required.
• Some knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Financial, budgetary, accounting and computational skills.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
• ServSafe Certification.

• Involved in catering events operations, including logistics, quality improvement, sanitation, and all facility-related activities.
• Works with the Chef in creating menus.
• Trains catering associates in service techniques, menu presentation, and customer service.
• Tracks and monitors the labor and food cost for each event.

• Assists in the responsibility for all foodservice-related activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

As a Premium Suite Catering Manager, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional hospitality experiences for guests in a fast-paced, high-profile event environment. You'll lead the seamless execution of premium catering operations, ensuring every detail—from event setup and presentation to guest service and breakdown is delivered with professionalism and excellence.
