Job summary

Aztec Shops, Ltd. is seeking a proven operations leader to manage Snapdragon Stadium's premium clubs, suites, catering and in-seat service. The role emphasizes Profit & Loss awareness, menu knowledge and disciplined cost control.

The ideal candidate will bring many years of high-volume food service management, strong leadership and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a stadium setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred in Food Services Management or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of management experience in the high-volume food service industry.
• Strong alcoholic beverage knowledge and ability to obtain RBS certification.
• Serve Safe Certified and Management Food Handler Certificate preferred.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily premium clubs, suites, catering and in-seat service.
• Establish pricing policies and monitor profitability of menu items.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and regulatory standards.
• Lead staffing, training, and development for premium teams.
• Prepare budgets and financial reports for premium locations.
