Job summary

Aztec Shops Ltd. seeks a Seasonal Part Time Snapdragon Stadium Concessions Stand Lead to manage a stand during events. You will supervise staff, ensure policy adherence, handle inventory, and maintain stand cleanliness and efficiency.

This role requires customer-focused service, food safety awareness, and flexibility for event-based hours. The position emphasizes leadership, cash handling, and coordination with multiple teams to deliver Prompt, friendly service to guests in a high-volume stadium

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; six months in food service/retail preferred.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with reliable teamwork.
Experience handling cash and operating POS systems.
RBS certification or willingness to obtain is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist supervisor with pre-event, event, and post-event operation of concessions stand.
Ensure all stand personnel follow policies and maintain proper uniform and conduct.
Oversee inventory, product transfers, spoilage, and gratis meals per event.
Supervise and train stand staff in food preparation and service.
Lead staff duties, stocking, and cleanliness throughout the event.
Coordinate with leadership, departments, and vendors for setup and operation.
Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction during events.
Maintain accurate closing procedures and security after events.
Adhere to policies and laws including safety and health requirements.
Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
