Job summary

PSSI Stadium LLC at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh seeks a Club Events Manager to lead 1933 Club game-day and non-game-day operations, delivering premium hospitality for guests during high-end events. You will coordinate staffing, client communications, floor plans, and vendor relations to ensure an elevated experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Sports Management, Business, Communications or related field.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in event planning, venue management, or hospitality/event operations.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with client-first mindset.
• Experience coordinating with multiple internal departments and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1933 Club operations for Steelers, Pitt football games, concerts, and stadium-wide events.
• Resolve incidents involving guest relations, medical, security, ticketing, and staff in 1933 Club.
• Manage staffing logistics, scheduling, payroll, and supervision of Club Staff.
• Coordinate client planning, proposals, contracts, floor plans, work orders, invoicing and payments.
• Oversee event execution from load-in through load-out with seamless delivery.
