Job summary
Legends Global, in partnership with the Buffalo Bills, is seeking a Director of Premium Services to lead Club, Suites, and In-Seat services at Highmark Stadium. You will manage food and beverage operations, develop budgets, mentor staff, ensure safety and sanitation, and collaborate with subcontractors to deliver outstanding guest experiences during games and events.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5–7 years in venue foodservice management.
- Minimum 3 years in premium services or equivalent.
- Experience in sports and entertainment venue environments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee premium food and beverage operations to meet budgets.
- Provide leadership and coaching to event-service staff.
- Develop annual operating budgets and quarterly reviews.
- Ensure safety, sanitation, and health compliance.
- Collaborate with subcontractors to meet contractual terms.
