Job summary

YEMA Watches in New York’s SoHo showroom is seeking a hands-on Showroom Operator and Events Assistant to support the Showroom Manager and run the space day‑to‑day. You’ll welcome clients, present collections, assist sales, handle admin and after‑sales follow-up, manage inventory, shipments, and help organize events across the U.S.

This is a hybrid role with Tuesday–Saturday schedule. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in luxury retail or hospitality, a client‑focused mindset, flexibility for

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in luxury retail, hospitality or showroom
• Passionate with clients, sales and fast-paced environments
• Self-starter with flexible schedule (events, weekends)

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and deliver a premium, personal experience
• Present collections and support sales
• Handle admin + after‑sales follow‑up (clients, repairs, logistics)
• Manage inventory, shipments, and showroom upkeep
• Frequent travel across the U.S. for watch fairs, events, and brand activations
• Help organize in‑store events and client moments
