Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Director of Premium Services to lead Clubs, Suites, Club Level, and InSeat Service at Highmark Stadium Buffalo, NY. You will direct daily premium operations, drive profitability, and align with the Bills/Lew Legends partnership.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of management in contract foodservice, especially in sports/entertainment venues, plus strong leadership and customer service skills. On-site work with extended hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5–7 years of management experience in the contract foodservice industry, with at least 3 years in premium services or equivalent, in a sports/entertainment venue.
• Experience in premium services or a similar stadium/venue operating environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of premium food and beverage operations to meet budgets and financial reporting.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to staff delivering the premium business plan.
• Achieve planned labor and COGS costs within budgeted guidelines and oversee inventory.
• Develop operating budgets and quarterly reviews; drive continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and develop event service staff; ensure compliance with safety and sanitation procedures.
