Marin Subaru is seeking an experienced Senior Automotive Technician to join Sunwise Auto Group at Marin Subaru. You will perform maintenance, diagnose complex mechanical issues, and deliver high-quality service in a dealership setting that emphasizes growth and training.

The position offers a competitive pay scale ($32.00–$50.00 per hour) plus a production bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. A valid driver’s license, CDK experience, and a team-oriented mindset are valued assets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as an automotive technician preferred (dealership or independent shop).
• Tire shop or quick-service automotive experience strongly encouraged.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and standard shop equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• ASE certifications a plus but not required.
• CDK experience a plus.
• Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.

COMPENSATION:

The Senior Service Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $32.00 and $50.00. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

• Hourly and Flat Rate based on experience and certifications.
