King's Fish House is seeking energetic servers to guide guests through a memorable dining experience featuring seasonal dishes, regional favorites, and crafted drinks. We invest in thorough training so you become an ambassador of seafood, oysters, steak, wine, beer and craft cocktails.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Minimum 1 year of service experience.
• Wine/cocktail knowledge required.
• CA Food Handler’s Card.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Knowledge of service standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Take guests' food and beverage orders, using suggestive selling techniques.
• Input orders into the point-of-sale system.
• Open wine/champagne bottles for guests at table.
• Serve food courses and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned station.
• Acknowledge guests and respond promptly to their needs.
• Process payments according to restaurant standards.
• Assist with table resets and completing closing duties.
