Job summary

The Water Grill Bellevue, part of King’s Seafood Company, is seeking servers to guide guests through an elevated seafood dining experience. You will learn our service standards, take and input orders, assist with wine service, and help ensure every guest leaves delighted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service experience.
• Must be 18+ to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Food Handler’s Card required.

Responsibilities

• Take guests' food and beverage orders, utilizing suggestive selling techniques.
• Input orders into point-of-sale system and ensure accuracy.
• Open wine/champagne bottles and serve to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station.
• Process payments and assist with table resets.
• Complete server close-out per restaurant standards.
