Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Premium Sales Coordinator to coordinate and communicate internal and external suite events. You will manage menu development, costing, and marketing functions related to the suites department.

Responsibilities include preparing operating statements, contracts, event orders, and budgets; building vendor relationships; and ensuring HACCP safety standards are followed. This role requires leadership experience and physical stamina for long shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year leadership experience.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Creates operating statements, reports, and budgets; reviews receivables.
• Creates proposals, contracts and banquet event orders.
• Prepares and monitors budgets; financial targets and forecasts.
• Maintains local clients database and builds relationships with vendors.
• Ensures HACCP compliance and safety procedures.
• Performs related duties and special projects.
