Johnnie-O is seeking a Store Manager for our Delray Beach, FL location to lead daily operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team grounded in our brand values. You will supervise scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and customer experience to ensure excellence on the sales floor.

The role requires 3–5 years of premium retail management, proven sales results, and strong coaching abilities. Evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required as part of a flexible schedule.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of retail management experience, ideally in premium or lifestyle brand.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets while developing strong teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze performance, make data-driven decisions, and act quickly on opportunities.
• Comfort with POS systems, reporting tools, and MS Office applications.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., climb ladders, and be on your feet for extended periods.
