Johnnie-O is seeking a Store Manager for the Delray Beach, FL location to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will lead a small team, recruit talent, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a premium lifestyle brand environment.

The role requires guiding staff, managing schedules, and executing merchandising standards while upholding brand principles and providing expert service to guests.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in premium or lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets while developing strong teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze performance and act on opportunities with data.
• Experience with POS systems, reporting tools, and MS Office.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs, climb ladders, and stand long hours.
