Job summary

ZWILLING J.A. Henckels LLC, Brand Shop at Ala Moana Center in Honolulu, HI, seeks an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and deliver a premium customer experience for ZWILLING’s luxury culinary brand.

You will drive sales, analyze performance, manage scheduling and expenses, and coordinate in-store events and local marketing with corporate leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Proven ability to analyze business performance and implement action plans.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top retail talent.

• Coach and develop associates through ongoing feedback, mentorship, and performance management.
• Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about ZWILLING products and sales strategies.

• Analyze sales trends, business metrics, and operational performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, conversion, units per transaction, and overall sales performance.
• Manage labor scheduling and operational expenses effectively.
• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations.
• Maintain outstanding visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Create a welcoming environment that provides a seamless customer experience.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience that reflects ZWILLING’s premium brand standards.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers and the local community.
• Support and execute in-store events, product demonstrations, and community outreach initiatives.
• Partner with corporate leadership to drive local marketing efforts and brand awareness.
