Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly sales goals and coach shop associates in selling tactics.
• Ensure an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors and maintain knowledge of services.
• Uphold loss prevention, inventory policies, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and development of shop staff.
• Enforce brand standards, merchandising, housekeeping, and shop presentation.
