Job summary

Oaklawn in Hot Springs, Arkansas is seeking a Cocktail Server to provide knowledgeable, prompt and courteous beverage service to guests in a fast-paced hotel and casino setting.

Must be at least 21 years old with six months of beverage service experience; casino experience is preferred. You will upsell and recommend products and perform basic math for making change. An Arkansas Racing License and RSA are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least six months experience in beverage service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; nightclub experience preferred.
• Casino experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders and serves alcoholic beverages and/or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
• Provides timely cocktail service in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Keeps assigned areas clean and clear of empty drink containers and trash.
• Oversees upselling and recommending products as appropriate.
