Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift and ensure service readiness.
• Greet guests as they arrive and seat them when appropriate.
• Describe menus and guide guests through the culinary journey.
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Master the menu details to enhance conversation and suggestions.
• Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Assist guests with concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Finalize experiences with timely, accurate billing.
