Responsibilities

• Set up for functions including draping tables, setting silverware, napkins, and centerpieces.
• Serve and buss tables, carry trays to function locations, and clear items from tables.
• Break down and clean back-of-house areas, organize storerooms and prep stations.
• Stock workstations, prepare condiments and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout events.
• Provide general property information and a warm, professional welcome to all guests.
