Responsibilities

• Sell and serve Shrimp Basket food and drinks in a professional manner.
• Takes orders for alcoholic (age 21+) and non-alcoholic beverages and food items.
• Prepares orders for alcoholic (age 21+) and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Able to use a computer to ring orders into a POS.
• Suggestively sells and serves food and drinks to three to five tables as directed.
• Refills drinks as needed by customers.
• Accepts different types of payment and makes change.
• Interacts with customers, management, and co-workers in a friendly/fast manner.
• Maintains side-work and ensures cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Clears and resets tables.
• Must pass Responsible Vendor test with a 90%+ score.
• Checks IDs to ensure legal age and refuses service when necessary.
• Treats customers to ensure complete satisfaction and strives to exceed expectations.
• Reports to work on time in neat uniform and good hygiene.
• Attends required meetings.
