Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Service of food and/or beverage, including order-taking, delivery and clearing.
• Check station before, during and after shift for cleanliness.
• Greet guests in a friendly manner and explain specials/promotions.
• Take orders and input into POS to inform kitchen of details.
• Retrieve orders from kitchen, confirm accuracy and deliver to guests.
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Comply with state/federal regulations and liquor policies for minors and intoxicated guests.
