Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of serving experience preferred.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Service of food and beverage including order-taking, delivery and clearing.
• Check station before, during and after shift for setup and cleanliness.
• Greet guests and explain specials and promotions.
• Take orders and input into POS to inform kitchen.
• Retrieve orders from kitchen, confirm accuracy and deliver to guests.
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Follow state and restaurant policies for serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
