Job summary

Related Group seeks a motivated maintenance professional to join TRG Management, handling cleaning, basic maintenance, and essential upkeep across properties. A high school diploma is preferred, with at least one year of hands-on experience in maintenance and strong communication skills.

Requirements include lifting heavy objects, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record with auto insurance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and employer-sponsored programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• The ability to lift and work with heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record with auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and polishing lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Replacing light bulbs.
• Cleaning rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairs and office space.
• Cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Washing walls, ceilings, windows and sills, door panels and woodwork.
• Transporting trash and waste to disposal area and emptying trash and garbage containers.
• Cutting and trimming grass, if required.
• Transporting small equipment or tools on property.
