Job summary

IntoGREAT is seeking an Insurance Processing Support to provide administration and operational support across broking systems, ensuring data quality, accurate premium processing, receipting, debtor management and reporting.

You will collaborate with Group Finance Controller, brokers and authorised representatives, handle financial workflows, reconciliations, and month-end reporting while maintaining compliance with AFSL obligations.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years’ experience in Processing Support with finance or administration role within the insurance industry preferred.
• Experience working with broking administration systems (e.g. WinBEAT, Insight, iBais or similar) desirable.
• Tier 1/Tier 2 ANZIIF qualifications advantageous but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and financial data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and continuous improvement of finance processes and internal controls.
• Support the Group Finance Controller in maintaining efficient financial workflows across broking and authorised representative business.
• Assist with portfolio and financial data management supporting planning and reporting.
• Support governance and finance control frameworks across broking and authorised representative networks.
• Process daily premium receipting and ensure accurate allocation within the system.
• Monitor and manage unallocated cash balances and reconciliation.
• Assist with financial reporting processes including month end and management reporting.
