Job summary
Mercedes-Benz of Tucson seeks an experienced Pre-Owned Acquisition & Reconditioning Manager to lead vehicle acquisition, reconditioning, and pricing strategy for our premium pre-owned inventory. You will drive sourcing, coordinate with service teams, and optimize online merchandising and pricing to maximize profitability.
You will collaborate with dealers and auctions, monitor market trends, manage costs, and guide a high-performing team to deliver top-tier pre-owned inventory.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in automotive sales, with leadership experience
- Strong understanding of luxury/premium brands and pricing strategies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience using CRM, DMS, and digital merchandising tools
Responsibilities
- Lead vehicle acquisition, reconditioning, and pricing strategy for premium pre-owned inventory
- Oversee the reconditioning process with service, body, detail, and vendors to premium standards
- Develop and execute digital merchandising and online pricing strategies
- Manage relationships with wholesalers, auctions, and other acquisition channels
- Drive profitability through market analysis, inventory aging, and strategic pricing
