Equinox seeks a proactive Personal Trainer to empower clients and design programs that maximize performance and lifestyle goals. You will work under two managers to refine programming, education, business, and financial planning skills within a high‑end wellness environment.

Responsibilities include building a client base, scheduling accurately, marketing training services, and delivering assessments and coaching for in-person and virtual clients, while maintaining a safe and engaging fitness

Formación

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one.
• CPR/AED certification is required or obtainable via reimbursement.
• Degree in the field may affect tier and pay rate.
• Passion, ambition, drive and knowledge about fitness.
• Ability to work in-person weekdays and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management and organization.
• Basic computer and technology skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule with client appointments.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members and clients.
• Maintain knowledge of club services and products.
• Perform fitness assessments and guided workouts.
• Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
• Maintain a safe, organized fitness floor during shifts.
• Attend Continuing Education classes and team meetings.
