Job summary

Trinity Health Livonia is seeking experienced RN staff for FirstChoice mobile staffing. RNs float across hospital locations and regions, with independence in practice and accountability for outcomes. Premium pay, flexible scheduling, and travel opportunities are offered, including per diem options.

Start ASAP for 13-week assignments with night shifts and a gross hourly rate of $61. FirstChoice supports diverse practice settings, license/certification reimbursement, and participation in a 403B

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, ED and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials required per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, etc).
• BLS, ACLS and PALS via American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
• Apply standard professional practice: Assess, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within licensure and scope.
• Maintain accountability for delegation and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Be adaptable to new responsibilities and cultural differences.
