Job summary
Trinity Health is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse for FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution. Nurses float across hospital locations and regions with premium pay and flexible scheduling to meet staffing needs.
Positions feature 3x12 night shifts, 13-week assignments at facilities like St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka, with travel/per diem opportunities and license/certifications reimbursement to support ongoing education and growth.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Active RN licensure in applicable states.
- 18 months experience for Med Surg, Tele, PCU; 2+ years for CCU, Surgical, Maternal, ED, Behavioral Health.
- Must obtain and maintain credentials per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS, PALS via American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Float across hospital locations or regions.
- Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
- Act independently within licensure and scope.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
- Demonstrate agility and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
- Embrace new ideas and manage competing priorities.
