We Insure Group is seeking an experienced Premium Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our insurance commissions team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of commissions while supporting Agency Bill, Direct Bill, and franchise owner inquiries across our franchise network.

You will manage a team and collaborate with franchise owners, carriers, Accounting, and Technology to resolve issues, improve workflows, and deliver an exceptional franchise experience.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in insurance brokerage operations, incl. commissions, Agency Bill, Direct Bill, or related ops.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience implementing process improvements.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end insurance commission process including reconciliation, reporting, and payments for franchise owners, employees, and carriers.
• Oversee daily workflows: reconciliations, Agency Bill, Direct Bill, trust accounting, and carrier payments.
• Develop and coach the commissions team; manage priorities and performance.
• Collaborate with Franchise Owners, Carriers, Accounting, Technology to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
