Job summary

Motorcycles of Charlotte, a premier Southeast European motorcycle dealer, seeks a results-driven sales professional to help customers choose the right bike and complete the sale. You will coordinate with sales, parts, and service to ensure a premium buying experience and post-sale follow-up.

Responsibilities include test rides, delivering vehicles, answering questions about features and warranties, and meeting productivity goals while upholding safety and dealership standards.

Responsibilities

• Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote himself/herself to guarantee satisfaction of customers.
• Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate vehicles (includes test drives).
• Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure understanding of features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Establish personal income goals and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
• Report to the vehicle Sales Manager regarding objectives and activities.
• Keep abreast of inventory and how it benefits customers.
• Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer.
• Maintain a prospect development system.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
• Review actions to plan time and improve efficiency.
• Know the terminology of the automobile business and stay updated on product changes.
• Explain depreciation and understand equity and values.
• Know the laws governing retail auto sales.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel and emphasize quality of service.
• Follow all safety policies and report accidents.
