Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Meat Cut Specialist to join our team. You will cut, grind, wrap, label, and stock fresh and prepared meats, assist with seafood and deli sections, and prepare special cuts for Members.

We emphasize safety, sanitation, and timely service. You will rotate stock, maintain inventory, read production sheets, and ensure a clean, organized meat department while delivering friendly, efficient member experiences.

Qualifications

• Completion of a training program/apprenticeship required.
• Previous meat cutting experience required.
• Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages with Members, makes meat recommendations, and prepares special cuts.
• Cuts, grinds, wraps, and labels meat, poultry, and seafood to standards.
• Rotates inventory and maintains clean, organized cases, ensuring quality.
