Flik Hospitality Group in San Francisco seeks a Lounge Manager to oversee the premium airline lounge, reporting to the District Manager. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, strong team leadership, and outstanding customer service and food quality.

Experience in managing premium airline lounges is highly preferred. You will lead day-to-day operations, HR activities, scheduling, and budget oversight while collaborating with the Chef to create menus and launch culinary

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Experience managing premium airline lounges strongly preferred.
• Five years of foodservice operation experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Previous experience managing a budget.

Responsibilities

• Manages overall day to day operations of the account.
• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training.
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments.
• Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food.
• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team.
