• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance estimating processes and plant knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Tech savvy with CRM software; LMN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads from digital marketing.
• Convert maintenance sales opportunities into clients.
• Write proposals and track conversions with clients.
• Network in the community to generate referrals and partnerships.
• Generate enhancement sales with existing client base.
• Ensure contract renewals and client satisfaction through meetings.
• Maintain and update the CRM system.
