Job summary

Zwilling J.A. Henckels Seattle Factory Store in Tulalip, WA is seeking a part-time Retail Keyholder to lead by example on the sales floor and support daily store operations, open and close procedures, merchandising, and sales performance.

You will demonstrate premium cutlery, cookware, and kitchen tools, deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and help customers find the right products while sharing your passion for cooking and quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required; prior keyholder or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
• Passion for cooking, food, or premium consumer products is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge to every shopper.
• Drive sales and help achieve personal and store performance goals.
• Open and close the store following policies and cash-handling procedures.
• Support the Store Manager with daily operations and floor execution.
• Demonstrate ZWILLING products and educate customers on features and benefits.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness; assist with inventory and stock replenishment.
• Support promotional events, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities.
