Job summary

Pella Windows & Doors by Gunton Corporation is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to deliver a world-class in-home buying experience, selling premium Pella replacement products with a total care guarantee. You will own the sale from appointment to close, earning an uncapped commission and performance bonuses.

Territories are centered around showrooms in Akron, Canfield, Highland Heights, and Westlake, OH.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, not required.
• Outside or in-home sales experience.
• Construction, remodeling, or home improvement background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run high-impact, in-home sales appointments.
• Execute the in-home sales process with confidence and urgency.
• Present and sell premium Pella replacement products and Gunton services.
• Maximize opportunities through strong time management and CRM discipline.
• Build internal relationships to ensure seamless project execution.
• Follow up during and after installation to deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Continuously sharpen product knowledge and competitive edge.
