Kohler Co. is seeking a casual part-time Housekeeper at Lodge Kohler in Ashwaubenon, WI. You will follow established cleaning standards, manage stayover rooms, and handle VIP requests while maintaining professionalism on guest floors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred or training provided.
• Experience in hotel or lodging is beneficial.
• Must be able to stand and bend for long periods.
• Must speak, write, and understand English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and motivation techniques.
• Able to anticipate issues and prevent problems.

Responsibilities

• Understand assignment board and note early arrivals, late departures, VIPs, and special requests.
• Follow cleaning standards and use the correct chemicals on each surface to protect finishes.
• Clean stayover rooms to standard and ensure checkout rooms meet hotel standards.
• Follow SOPs and tips, and respect all guests and staff.
• Take directions from leads and management and maintain professional conduct on guest floors.
• Maintain and report on cleaning tools; keep uniforms neat and properly worn.
• Ensure all co-workers are treated with dignity and report concerns to leads or executives.
• Participate in random monthly room inspections and achieve a 92/100 passing score.
