Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred; training provided for qualified candidates.
• Hotel/lodging experience preferred but not required.
• Must be on feet most of the day and able to bend and lift.
• Must speak, write, and understand English.
• Strong interpersonal and motivation skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stay on feet during shift.

Responsibilities

• Understand assignment board and note VIPs, special requests, and arrival/departure times.
• Follow cleaning standards and use correct chemicals to protect finishes.
• Clean stayover and checkout rooms to hotel standards, with personalization.
• Follow housekeeping SOPs and report issues to leads and management.
• Maintain professional conduct on guest floors and in housekeeping areas.
• Keep uniform neat, wear nametag, and report uniform deficiencies.
• Ensure respectful treatment of all guests and coworkers.
• Perform additional duties as requested.
