Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts seeks an experienced maintenance technician for our Beverly Hills property. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs on motors, electrical and plumbing systems, and respond to guest requests and emergencies to uphold the highest luxury standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in hotel maintenance, strong communication, and the legal right to work in the United States. The role offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in hotel maintenance or similar.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Legal work authorization in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update logs.
• Repair equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers and related systems.
• Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance in rooms or public areas in a timely manner.
• Respond to emergencies such as fires, power failures, etc.
• Maintain and organize engineering work areas and logs.
