Job summary

LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE is seeking a passionate bartender to oversee bar operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience in our Seattle property. The role involves preparing a range of beverages, taking orders, serving food, and upholding brand standards throughout shifts.

You will work under the Food & Beverage Manager, must have strong English communication, and be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a polished professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in food & beverage services.
• Excellent organizational and computer skills.
• Gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons; interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Communicate inventory needs to managers and leads.
• Follow brand standards and code of business conduct.
• Maintain positive working relationships and comply with safety policies.
• Operate POS systems and record transactions accurately.
