Four Seasons in New York’s Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Guestroom Attendant Extra to ensure pristine guest rooms and exceptional service. You will clean, dust, sanitize, and prepare rooms according to our standards, anticipating guest needs and delivering a warm, five-star experience.

Applicants should have at least one year of hotel housekeeping experience, strong organization, and excellent communication skills.

• One+ year experience working in hotel housekeeping is an asset.
• Strong organization skills and an eye for attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure.
• Performs Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms.
• Provides turndown service for guests.
• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.
