Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown is seeking an Extra Guestroom Attendant (On Call) who embodies our values and delivers exceptional guest experiences. You will support the Housekeeping team by maintaining room cleanliness and guest satisfaction across the property.

As part of a Forbes 5 Star/AAA 5 Diamond environment, you’ll contribute to a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and excellence, ensuring premier service at all times.

Responsabilidades

• Clean guest rooms and suites following established procedures and Four Seasons standards.
• Adhere to safety, fire regulations, and department procedures.
• Utilize Rex – HotSOS to receive assignments and computerized applications.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ work rules and standards of conduct as per employee handbook.
• Complete Housekeeping Department work assignments using required keys, equipment and supplies.
• Restock amenities and remove garbage, placing items in appropriate service area bins.
• Prepare rooms for turndown and clean/maintain terraces and entry areas.
• Perform all room attendant duties in occupied, turndown and check-out rooms.
• Collaborate with hotel departments; provide courteous, proactive guest service.

The Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown is looking for a Extra Guestroom Attendant( On Call) who fully embodies our values, shares a passion for excellence, and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. As Guestroom Attendant, you will be accountable for shaping the client experience by providing exceptional service in support of our world-renowned hotel. This position reports to the Housekeeping Management Team.

Essential Functions

• Clean guest rooms and suites following the established procedures and Four Seasons standards.


• Adhere to the established standard of safety, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.


• Able to utilize Rex – HotSOS to be advised of assignments and/or any computerized applications.


• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in the Employee Handbook.


• Complete work assignments from the Housekeeping Department as assigned using required keys, equipment, supplies, etc.


• Remove all garbage and recyclable items and place in the appropriate bins inside the service area.


• Offer assistance to any guest in a courteous and friendly manner.


• Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance.


• Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.


• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.


• Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, pens, etc.


• Prepares assigned rooms for turndown guests.


• Clean and maintain all terraces of the hotel.


• Execute all room attendant duties in occupied rooms, turndown rooms and check-out rooms as assigned.


• Clean and maintain the main guest entrance area and adjacent plaza area including but not limited to removal of cigarette butts, trash, snow, leaves etc
