Golden State is seeking upbeat part-time concierges to create a world-class, guest-centric environment at Chase Center in San Francisco, CA. The role focuses on premium spaces, ticket verification, and providing exceptional service during Warriors, Valkyries games, and concerts.

This on-site position requires high energy, attentiveness, and the ability to work flexible hours around event calendars. Training and uniform standards are emphasized to ensure consistent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure environments.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Act as steward for premium spaces, ensuring exclusivity through access control and ticket verification.
• Provide high-level service to all guests to build positive relationships.
• Maintain presence at premium locations to cultivate rapport with repeat clients and guests.
• Demonstrate ethical standards, professionalism, and integrity at all times.
• Resolve suite and premium ticket holder needs and provide information for a seamless guest experience.
• Respond to guest feedback promptly and empathetically.
• Collaborate with Premium Sales, Service, and Security to maintain experience consistency.
• Conduct pre/post-event environmental assessments of premium seating areas.
• Identify opportunities to create personalized moments for premium guests using problem-solving.
• Know Chase Center policies, seating charts, and key personnel for smooth wayfinding and problem-solving.
• Serve as a source of information and FAQs for guests; provide proactive solutions.
• Take on-call decisions during events regarding arena policies and guest relations.
• Support Thrive City and off-site Golden State Warriors and Valkyries events as needed.
