Job summary

Golden State Warriors is seeking a diligent Guest Experiences Command Center Dispatcher to support world‑class guest experiences at Chase Center. You will field calls, dispatch incidents, coordinate with departments, and assist during emergencies to ensure safe, positive event day experiences.

The role requires calm under pressure, strong communication, and the flexibility to work non-traditional hours for Warriors, Valkyries games, and Chase Center events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer service orientation and ability to work effectively both independently and on a team.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of co-workers and develop strong working relationships across all departments.
• Strong detail orientation, outstanding work ethic and problem solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication; Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Able to remain professional, calm, and courteous in a fast-paced environment, including during emergencies.
• Adhere to proper uniform and grooming standards as defined by Chase Center management.
• Reliable form of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, input, and dispatch incidents as they appear in VenueAware via radio calls, phone calls, and text.
• Serve as liaison for positive resolutions of customer issues providing guests and Team Members with excellent customer service.
• Create and populate event reports to help record guest related incidents including injuries, illness, and inappropriate behavior.
• Address problems and requests by transmitting information to the proper departments.
• Prioritize radio calls according to urgency and importance.
• Use radio communication to send Team Members to appropriate locations.
• Follow up with supervisors to assist with Team Member and/or building related needs.
• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information.
• In emergencies, assist in evacuating the arena, maintaining calm and professionalism.
• Maintain logs and records of radio calls, activities, and other information.
• Serve as the sole Guest Experiences Team Member in the command center for the majority of Chase Center events.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the building including front of house and back of house areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
