Qualifications

• Minimum of one year service-related, concierge, or hospitality experience.
• Exceptional customer service is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and aid fans with any questions or concerns regarding their experience.
• Serve as a concierge for all Premium spaces within Ball Arena.
• Respond to all incoming inquiries and concerns from guests.
