Job summary
Concierge role at Honda Center provides event-day support for Premium guests, acting as the primary contact at Premium entrances and Concierge locations. You will deliver outstanding customer service, assist with ticketing and seating, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve guest concerns for a seamless Premium experience.
Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lb.
Qualifications

- Customer service oriented with excellent communication.

Responsibilities
- Prepare Concierge desk and documents before events.
- Ensure premium entrances have ticket takers and staff.
- Prepare Premium will call tickets with box office coordination.
- Assist in seating and locating seats for premium guests.
- Provide exemplary service and resolve guest needs on site.
- Record guest concerns for follow-up by the Service Team.
- Drive sales by building rapport with premium guests.
- Coordinate with Operations, F&B, Security, IT on event nights.
- Learn and use ticket scanners for ingress when needed.
