Job summary

Vinik Sports Group is seeking a Premium & Group Event Executive to drive revenue through premium seating and group ticket sales for Tampa Bay Lightning games and events at venues in the area. The role uses phone outreach, email marketing, and face-to-face presentations to cultivate new business and grow existing accounts.

Responsibilities include developing sales initiatives, utilizing CRM for account management, and delivering world-class customer experiences while aiming to exceed sales goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-4 years of group sales or related sales experience preferred.
• Experience in sports and entertainment industry is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue through premium seating and group ticket packages across properties.
• Plan, develop, sell, and execute group sales initiatives and special ticket programs.
• Prospect daily via cold calls, networking, arena tours, referrals, and other leads.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage and grow customer relationships.
• Develop and execute revenue-generating promotions and campaigns.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Represent the organization at community, networking, and promotional events.
