Job summary

Vinik Sports Group (VSG) is seeking Live Events Street Team members for the Tampa Bay Lightning Marketing team. This part-time role focuses on grassroots marketing, engaging fans at fairs, festivals, charity events, hockey clinics, and other community activities across the Tampa Bay area.

You will assist with event setup, staff the promotional tables, answer questions about schedules, tickets, Kids Club, Student Rush, and related programs while supporting the Marketing department with office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have valid Driver's License.
• College students pursuing Sport Marketing/Management/Marketing preferred.
• Must be high-energy, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Flexible schedule; able to work weekends and events.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with sports marketing.
• Able to work part-time 5–10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Research and execute grassroots mobile marketing events around the Tampa Bay community.
• Drive Rolling Thunder vehicle to events (F-150 and trailer).
• Maintain grassroots marketing vehicle and stock promotional items.
• Set up vehicle at events and manage the promotional table.
• Engage fans, answer questions, and provide information about Lightning.
• Track KPIs for Rolling Thunder events.
• Assist with marketing live events such as watch parties and fan events.
• Support office duties for the Live Events department.
